We are looking for a **Marketing Specialist** to join our growing team. The role is **hybrid**, where you will be responsible for managing our marketing initiatives, creating and curating content, and engaging with business clients worldwide. As a marketing professional, your main responsibilities will include **business development, client communications**, and **marketing management** for both **fiber trading** and **hotel interiors** divisions.

You will be working with clients primarily in **English** and **Hindi** (where required) to build strong relationships, understand client needs, and communicate tailored marketing solutions. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies for **fiber trading** and **hotel interiors** sectors.
- Manage ongoing communications with clients and prospects in **English and Hindi**.
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote our fiber trading products and hotel interior solutions.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve outcomes.
- Foster relationships with business clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions through our products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Coordinate the creation of brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateral.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree** in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 **years**) in **marketing**, preferably in industries like **trading, hotel interiors, etc**.
- Excellent proficiency in **English** (written and spoken) and **Hindi** (spoken/written).
- Strong understanding of **digital marketing**, **social media** platforms, and **content creation**.
- Knowledge of marketing tools like **Google Analytics**, **CRM systems**, and **Microsoft Office**.
- Ability to work in a **hybrid environment** and manage multiple responsibilities.
- **Strong interpersonal and communication skills**, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented with a passion for marketing.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in **fiber trading**, **hotel interiors**, or **construction-related industries**.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with **design tools** (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating marketing visuals.
- Experience managing **international client accounts** and marketing strategies.
