We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Junior Business Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. **Role**:Junior Business Advisor

**Job Location**: Gurgaon / Full time Office

**Work Experience**: 1-2 years of experience

**Location**: Gurgaon (WFO)

**Working Days**:Monday to Saturday (2 Working Saturday per month)

**Key responsibilities**:
1. Research potential clients through online platforms, industry directories, and referrals

3. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to meet sales objectives

4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

5. Act as a point of contact for client queries, ensuring prompt and efficient assistance

6. Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term client relationships

7. Assist in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to potential clients

8. Support the team in negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve sales targets

9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress using CRM tools

10. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments

11. Gather insights from client interactions to identify potential areas for product or service improvement

12. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns

13. Work with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for new clients

**Requirements**:
1. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field

2. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills

3. Exhibit strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

4. Possess a basic understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

6. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (training will be provided)

7. Showcase high motivation and goal-oriented behavior

8. Display a proactive learning attitude and willingness to take initiative

9. Adapt effectively to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹137,838.99 - ₹1,135,871.51 per year
