**Position: System Administrator/ IT Engineer/ IT Technical Associate.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage network servers and technology tools, Install and configure software and hardware.
- Set up accounts and workstations, Monitor performance and maintain systems
- according to requirements.
- Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
- Maintaining Hospital Software's
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
- Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
- Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
- Provide help desk assistance in resolving software, hardware and network related problems.
- Assist in equipment set-up and software installation and updates. Assist in maintenance of telephone systems and computer stations.
- Responsible for incorporation, automation and maintenance of all IT hardware (printer, scanner, bar-code printer etc.) and maintenance of lab and Bio-medical equipment, maintenance and arrangements of Video Conferences across centers, OT recordings etc.
- Responsible for managing inventory related to IT Infra.Provide full infrastructure support to all employees across Hegde Healthcare; provide resolution to the end users as per SLAs.
- For any first level hardware problems, provide appropriate in-house solution for any higher-level problems, coordinate with vendor for a resolution.
- Handling Biometric - Adding New Employees, Technical assistance for any issues.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
