Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users for laptop-related issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and performing repairs or replacements as necessary.
- Administer and maintain internal servers to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.
- Monitor and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Implement and enforce security measures to protect company data and systems from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to plan and implement technology initiatives and projects.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in system administration, preferably in a Windows environment.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for laptops and desktops.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Group Policy management.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN).
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
