**Purchase Order (PO) Management**:
- Raise, track, and manage purchase orders for procurement.
- Maintain communication with suppliers to confirm order status and delivery timelines.
**Stock Management**:
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Maintain accurate stock records and generate stock status reports.
**Invoicing**:
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients/customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Verify invoice details such as product pricing, tax calculations, and payment terms.
- Handle invoicing discrepancies and liaise with relevant departments to resolve issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of all invoices and payment records.
**Vendor & Client Coordination**:
- Communicate effectively with vendors and clients regarding order processing, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups.
**Documentation & Reporting**:
- Maintain and update records related to procurement, stock, and invoicing.
- Generate periodic reports on inventory status, purchase orders, and invoicing activities.
**Process Improvement**:
- Identify and recommend opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong understanding of procurement, stock management, and invoicing processes.
- Proficiency in Tally systems and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
