**JOB DESCRIPTION - NOVAL SITE SUPERVISOR**

**Reports to : Site Operations Head**

This position is responsible for site supervision of Noval Green Lease site. Such management may include but may not be limited to: supervision of all personnel on the job site, providing a safe and hygienic work site, executing the day-to-day activities to meet the quality, cost and scheduled goals from time to time. This includes the supervision and scheduling of operators, sub-contractors, material deliveries, leading and teaching operators on site, and supervision while on-site.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**SITE PREP**:

- Oversees construction of new Green Lease Units.
- Abides by the standards set by the Management.
- Attend weekly meetings.

**MATERIALS**:

- Ensure that the correct materials and tools are on the job site at all times.

**SUB-CONTRACTORS AND VENDORS**:

- Supervises and coordinates additional contracted personnel as necessary.
- Monitors all sub-contractors.

**SITE MANAGEMENT**:

- Must be passionate about Sustainability.
- Organize work plan, coordinating with the Site Operations Head.
- Provide adequate supervision and training of operators on the job site. This includes holding an initial meeting with the operators at the beginning of the day to discuss the plan for the day, assign the appropriate number of tasks to each operator, description of safety guidelines, and assuring that the assigned duties are completed on the same day.
- Accountable for safety of all personnel and security of the materials on site.
- Maintain a good relationship with the residents as well as the Builder Management.
- Ensure that the site is clean at all times.
- Maintain daily record of the quantity of each type of waste reaching the unit.
- Ensure that all the machinery installed is in proper condition. Detect malfunctions through observation.
- Performs other appropriate duties and activities as assigned by the management.
- Advise Site Operations Head of any needs or discrepancies that may arise during the work time.
- Must show respect for all operators, subcontractors and staff.
- Maintain site log (after each work day ).

**KEY COMPETENCIES**:

- Skill and comfort working with labourers.
- Comfortable with basic public speaking (Kannada, Hindi and English) on the job site.
- Knowledge and expertise in the waste management industry.
- Management experience with strong leadership skills preferred.

**ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Use of reliable personal vehicle to and from job sites.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
