Business Loan Officer:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with business clients seeking loans.
- Understand clients' financial needs and objectives to offer suitable loan products.
- **Loan Application Evaluation**:

- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents to determine risk.
- Conduct thorough due diligence to verify information provided by applicants.
- **Risk Assessment and Mitigation**:

- Develop risk mitigation strategies and make recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with lending regulations and internal policies to minimize risk exposure.
- **Loan Structuring and Negotiation**:

- Structure loan terms and conditions based on the needs of the business and its financial situation.
- Negotiate loan agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Present loan proposals to decision-makers and provide recommendations for approval.
- **Documentation and Processing**:

- Prepare loan documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to finalize loan agreements.
- Oversee the loan closing process and ensure timely disbursement of funds.
- **Portfolio Management**:

- Monitor the performance of existing loan portfolios and identify potential risks.
- Conduct periodic reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with loan covenants.
- Proactively address any issues or concerns to mitigate loan defaults and losses.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,927.00 - ₹35,928.00 per month
