Precision for Medicine are hiring an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our global team Investigator Grants team, working in India (remote based position). This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Accounts Payable and Clinical Trials experience.

**Position Summary**:
This position is responsible for supporting the daily operations and maintenance of the accounts payable function.

Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:

- Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the accounts payable requirements by vendor
- Provide support to ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close
- Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the payable function in Infor General Ledger System including, but not limited to: setting up vendors in Infor in accordance with the W-9s or W-8s, entering vendor invoices, entering employee and consultant expenses, etc.
- Preparation of the voucher request form for all payments to be processed
- Maintenance of the dedicated accounts Investigator Grants mailbox
- Responding to vendor inquiries on payment and providing remittance advices on payments processed
- Provide internal customer support to employees and consultants related to payment inquiries
- Collaborate with others in Finance to support overall department goals and objectives
- Responds to inquiries from the Senior Manager Global Investigator Grants as applicable
- Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow and internal controls

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Required**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent

**Other Required**:

- A minimum of four years' prior experience in an accounts payable or financial environment

**Preferred**:

- Associate degree in business related field a plus
- Experience with ERP Financial Systems
- Experience in the CRO industry
- Microsoft Office

**Competencies**:

- Working knowledge of accounts payable or Infor or related software package, strong PC skills including excel and able to thrive in a multi-tasking environment
- Strong organizational skills
- High energy and enthusiasm with a strong commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Flexibility and willing to work on multiple assignments of varying tasks with personnel throughout the organization
- Ability to learn quickly. Good oral and written communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and build relationships with management and others throughout the organization
- Exhibits self-motivation, and is able to work and plan independently as well as in a team environment
- Team player with a desire to be an active, long-term participant in the growth of the company
