**Job Title: MBBS Resident Medical Doctor (Night Shift)**
**Job Overview**:
Unit Matoshree Gangubai Sambhaji Shinde Hospital, Thane seeking a dedicated and compassionate MBBS Resident Medical Doctor to join our team for night duties.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Patient Care**:

- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients during night hours.
- Conduct patient rounds, monitor vital signs, and assess patient conditions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other medical procedures as required.

2. **Emergency Response**:

- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide necessary interventions.
- Perform emergency procedures such as intubation, resuscitation, and stabilization.
- Collaborate with the on-call specialist to ensure proper patient management.

3. **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring timely documentation of all medical interventions.
- Update patient charts with treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

4. **Patient & Family Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing updates and answering questions.
- Offer emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.

5. **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with nursing staff, allied health professionals, and other medical staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Participate in handover meetings to discuss patient cases and ensure continuity of care.

6. **Compliance and Safety**:

- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice.
- Prior experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of a wide range of medical conditions.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calm and professionalism.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
