**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Back Office Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Management Information Systems (MIS) by handling data entry, report generation, system updates, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our back-office operations. Your contributions will be crucial in providing reliable information for decision-making and maintaining the smooth operation of our MIS functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry and Management**: Accurately input and update data into MIS systems and databases. Ensure data integrity and consistency across all records.
- **Report Generation**: Assist in generating and distributing regular and ad-hoc reports on various metrics, including financial performance, project status, and operational efficiency.
- **System Maintenance**: Support the maintenance and updating of MIS systems, including performing routine checks and troubleshooting minor issues.
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain documentation related to MIS processes, system configurations, and data management practices.
- **Data Analysis**: Assist in analysing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. Provide preliminary insights to support decision-making.
- **User Support**: Provide basic support to end-users of the MIS systems, addressing queries and assisting with system-related issues.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all data handling and reporting practices comply with company policies and industry standards.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to gather and verify data, support cross-functional projects, and contribute to process improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a back-office role, preferably within an MIS or administrative function.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good analytical skills with a basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic understanding of data protection and privacy regulations.
- Experience in providing user support and training.
