**Role Overview**: As a Web3 Marketing Associate, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our brand's presence in the Web3 ecosystem. You'll work closely with our marketing teams to create and execute marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience. This role offers the opportunity to dive deep into the world of blockchain, NFTs, and cryptocurrencies, bringing our innovative products and services to a global audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage the content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging communication across all platforms.
- Facilitate coordination between internal and external teams to align marketing efforts and announcements.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to deliver compelling marketing materials.
- Assist the senior marketing team in crafting and implementing go-to-market strategies.
- Proactively support the marketing team wherever necessary, adapting to the evolving needs of our projects and campaigns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Web3 developments to inform our marketing strategies.
- Engage in community events to strengthen our brand's community.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of marketing experience, with a preference for backgrounds in tech or blockchain.
- Outstanding communication skills and creative thinking.
- A strong interest in and understanding of Web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency.
- Familiarity with social media, analytics tools, and platforms like HubSpot and Notion is highly valued.
- Flexibility to support a wide range of marketing tasks and initiatives.
- Ability to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment.
