At Tevaera, we're building the future of gaming at the intersection of fun, culture, and crypto. With our upcoming title Degen Rivals, we're looking for a Marketing & Community Specialist who can bring energy, creativity, and authenticity to how we engage with players and the wider Web3 gaming ecosystem.

This is not your typical marketing role. We want someone who:


• Lives and breathes gaming culture.


• Understands crypto communities, and the language of the internet.


• Can use memes, reels, and viral storytelling to capture attention.


• Documents and communicates progress in a clear, engaging way.


• Is hands-on with content — from social copy to quick video edits.

Experience matters, but your work will speak louder than your CV. We're building a growing ecosystem and want a motivated, creative person to grow with us.

What You'll Do


• Build and run our social media presence across Twitter (X), Instagram, TikTok, and Discord.


• Use memes and internet culture to connect authentically with gamers and crypto-native audiences.


• Create and publish engaging content: reels, clips, graphics, and updates.


• Document and share community activity, keeping our ecosystem buzzing.


• Work closely with the core team on campaigns for Degen Rivals launch and beyond.

What We're Looking For


• Passion for gaming (bonus if you're already deep into crypto).


• Strong understanding of online culture, memes, and how to get attention.


• Ability to edit and publish short-form content (reels, TikToks, clips).


• Good communicator who can document and present ideas clearly.


• Self-driven, motivated, and excited to be part of a fast-moving startup.
