**Mathilakath Creations Pvt. Ltd.** is an emerging infrastructural company managed by professionals with each having more than 22 years of rich experience in managing construction projects - luxury villas, residential & commercial towers, star hotels & resorts and student hostel facilities in India and Abroad

Right now our company is in need of Architects.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Prepare drawings for sanctions and approvals from local authority to include plans, sections, elevations, and area calculations etc.
- Space Planning & Develop Conceptual drawings based on themes
- Produce detailed working drawings and good for construction drawings
- Reviewing design work done by other Architects and Consultants and coordination/follow up with them on various deliverable
- Checking and suggesting for external development, infrastructures, Electrical/HVAC/AV/IT/Fire Services and drafting if needed.
- Liasioning with government officers for design inputs and modifications.
- Draft design matching to the local norms and national codes
- Monitor, train the team for proper execution as per design and details
- Proper documentation of each project related design details, calculations, drawings, transmittals etc.
- Periodic site visits to monitor workmanship to match the designs
- Prepare and monitor design modifications, estimate overruns and quality deviation
- Conduct periodic meetings, interaction and advising Clients, Contractors and Engineers
- Design for interior fitouts, including 3D views as and when needed.
- Prepare 3D elevational views as and when needed.

**Required Qualification, Experience & Skills**
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelors degree in Architecture
- Be very inventive and imaginative with an eye for minute details to perfection
- Should have very good verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Fluency in Kannada and Hindi will be an added advantage

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
