Safety Officer

Job Description:As a Safety Officer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety programs and policies to prevent accidents, injuries, and other health issues in the workplace. You will conduct regular safety inspections, provide training to employees, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and preventive measures.
- Provide safety training and education programs to employees.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain records of safety-related incidents and inspections.
- Collaborate with management to improve overall safety in the workplace.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend solutions to minimize hazards.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Safety Officer or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct training sessions and present information effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., OSHA) is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
