Develop, implement, and maintain Site Safety Plans.
- Prepare Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Risk Assessments before site activities.
- Identify potential hazards and ensure control measures are in place.
- Conduct daily site inspections and audits.
- Ensure workers are using proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Supervise high-risk activities like work at height, hot work, confined space entry, lifting operations, etc.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and standards (like OSHA, ISO 45001, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records: incident reports, safety training logs, inspection reports, etc.
- Lead accident/incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Report incidents to management and suggest corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct safety inductions for new workers and visitors.
- Organize toolbox talks, safety meetings, and refresher training programs.
- Promote safety culture across the site.
- Ensure emergency response plans are developed and communicated.
- Conduct regular emergency drills (fire drills, evacuation exercises, etc.).
- Work closely with Project Managers, Supervisors, Engineers, and Subcontractors.
- Participate in coordination meetings to address HSE issues.
- Manage and approve Permit to Work (PTW) for critical jobs like hot work, confined space entry, electrical isolation, etc.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
