**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Yourjob responsibilities will include,

1. FinancialAdvisory & Complex Valuation
- Corporate transactions viz.Mergers & Acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures etc.
- Regulatory matters (FEMA,transfer pricing, mergers / demergers etc.)
- Valuation for portfoliocompanies as per Alternate Investment Funds (AIF) regulations
- Financial due-diligence.

2. Misc.Projects

Besides working with the Valuation Team,the Article will also be working with the team in area of Audit / InternalAudit / Assurance, Compliance Projects, Direct & Indirect Tax, transferpricing studies and reports as and when the need arises.
