**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Your job responsibilities will include,

1. Financial Advisory & Complex Valuation
- Corporate transactions viz. Mergers & Acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures etc.
- Regulatory matters (FEMA, transfer pricing, mergers / demergers etc.)
- Valuation for portfolio companies as per Alternate Investment Funds (AIF) regulations
- Financial due-diligence.

2. Misc. Projects
- Besides working with the Valuation Team, the Article will also be working with the team in area of Audit / Internal Audit / Assurance, Compliance Projects, Direct & Indirect Tax, transfer pricing studies and reports as and when the need arises.
