**Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Architect**

**Location: Gurgaon**

Type: Full-time, Office-based, 5 days a week

**Responsibilities**:
As an Oracle Cloud HCM Architect, you will be responsible for leading and contributing to the successful implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, Core HR, Payroll, and Compensation modules in a greenfield environment. Additionally, you will serve as a key individual contributor, managing crucial stakeholders and demonstrating expertise in Oracle EPM architecture. The role involves both functional and technical aspects, focusing on Oracle Cloud HCM and EPM products.

**Qualifications**:
8-13 years of relevant experience.

Proven track record as a Functional Consultant in at least 2 Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects.

Strong experience in Core HR module of Oracle HCM, including configuration skills in LE, Organization Structure, Fast Formula, element design, payroll process flows, and calculation cards.

In-depth knowledge across the Fusion HCM product line, covering Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, and Time & Labour.

Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver work effectively from offshore locations.

Independent management and leadership of assigned modules in projects.

Hands-on configuration experience.

Experience in Functional designs for Conversions, Integrations, and Reports.

Exposure to Release upgrades, including analysis, configuration support, and regression testing (advantageous).

Oracle Cloud Certifications preferred.

Exposure to India projects is an added advantage.

Job Skills/Activities:
**Oracle Cloud HCM**:
Configuration and expertise in LE, Organization Structure, Fast Formula, element design, payroll process flows, and calculation cards.

Functional designs for Conversions, Integrations, and Reports.

Release upgrade experience is an advantage.

Oracle Cloud Certifications are preferred.

Exposure to India projects is an added advantage.

**Oracle Cloud EPM**:
8-13 years of relevant experience.

Implementation & support experience with Oracle Planning Cloud (PBCS), EPBCS Modules (Finance, Capex, Workforce, and Projects), and FCCS.

Development and maintenance of Oracle Planning Applications.

Expertise in creating Load Rules, Calc Scripts, and Report Scripts.

Design and development of MDDB Applications using BSO and ASO.

Creation of Web Forms in Planning Application.

Database management tasks for Planning and Essbase Applications.

Proficient in writing Calculation Scripts.

Dashboard creation and customization.

Data Management sequence creation and execution.

Business Rules Security, Web Forms, and Metadata maintenance using Hyperion Planning.

Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Data loads and Verifications.

Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Knowledge of Task Scheduler for job scheduling.

Migration tasks experience from PROD to TEST or TEST to PROD.

This role requires a versatile team player with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, along with an aptitude for learning new technologies.
