**About the Role & Team**

As the Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will lead the CEO’s office of Meesho and drive many strategic priorities for the company. Our team comprises talented folks from top-tier consulting firms and start-ups. With the right CoS at the helm, our team aims to continue our march towards “Democratising Internet commerce for everyone”.

**What You’ll Do**:
- Lead strategic projects spanning identifying new business opportunities for Meesho and evaluating growth opportunities in existing business areas
- Own the operating system of the company by identifying the right review cadence. Program manage initiatives identified for execution
- Contribute to the culture of the company by ensuring mission & culture alignment across the org. Create engaging platforms to drive the same
- Create concise, compelling, and effective communications for different contexts - board meetings, All Hands meetings, etc.

**What You’ll Need**:
- 8+ years of cumulative experience in a brand management role in FMCG / consulting / Strategy or P&L management roles in startups
- Excellent senior stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to conceptualize and craft CXO-level presentations
- Proactive mindset & comfort with ambiguity to identify & solve issues hindering smooth functioning of the org
