**About the team**:
Paytm Ads is Paytm's digital advertising vertical that offers innovative ad solutions to clients across industries It offers advertisers the opportunity to engage with 300Mn+ users who interact with over 200 payment & retail services, online and offline - offered on the Paytm app. Paytm Ads maps the user transactions to their lifestyle choices and creates customized segmentation cohorts for sharp shooting ad campaigns to the most relevant TG.

**About the role**:
Strong analytical mindset, understanding of basis technical skills & tools (Advances Excel, BI etc) and excellent communication and collaboration skills to deliver valuable insights and drive business success.

**Expectations/ Requirements**:
2. Provide valuable insights to decision-makers within the organization, helping them make informed decisions that drive business growth.

3. They work closely with other teams and other teams to ensure that data is collected and analyzed effectively, and that reports and dashboards are accurate and up-to-date.

**Superpowers/Skills**:
2. Good communicator - have to communicate with the sales teams and multiple stakeholders on different projects

3. Good at making presentations on Powerpoint. Will have to help different teams with structuring and building presentations

5. Manual data cleaning and structuring

6. Problem structuring and solving

7. Business background

**Qualification**:
BBA, BCom
