**Key Responsibilities**:

- Negotiate payment plans or settlements that are feasible and in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and payment agreements in the system.
- Follow up regularly on overdue accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Handle difficult conversations with confidence and professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company protocols and legal regulations during all communications.
- Coordinate with team members and management to meet monthly collection targets.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective interaction with clients.
- **Freshers Preferred**: We are looking for enthusiastic individuals willing to be trained in debt collection practices.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to confidently negotiate repayment plans and settlements with customers.
- **Confidence and Smart Decision-Making**: Ability to handle challenging conversations and find smart solutions under pressure.

Pay: ₹11,168.13 - ₹32,527.43 per month
