**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and regularly update cases in MIS.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping.
- Support the legal team with document formatting, printing, and file management.
- Perform routine backups and digital file organization.
- Handle basic troubleshooting and computer-related tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas, data validation, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in a law office or with legal documents is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of confidentiality.

**Experience**:Minimum 1-2 years preferred.
