Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Operator to join our educational institute. As a Computer Operator, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks related to computer operations and data management. Your primary role will be to ensure the smooth functioning of computer systems and assist in maintaining an efficient and productive learning environment for our students and faculty.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate computer systems and peripheral equipment, such as printers, scanners, and copiers
- Monitor computer hardware and software to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Maintain and update student and faculty records in the institute's database
- Provide technical support to students and faculty regarding computer-related issues
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of all data and information stored on the institute's computer systems
- Collaborate with other staff members to develop and implement new computer-based initiatives
- Perform regular backups of important data and ensure data integrity
- Assist in the organization and management of computer labs and classrooms

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Computer Operator or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with notes typing and ability to transcribe information quickly and accurately
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Data entry: 1 year (required)
