**Job Summary**:
The Computer Operator will manage daily digital and administrative operations essential to the smooth functioning of the car rental business. This role includes system monitoring, data entry, rental documentation, fleet tracking, and customer transaction support. Additionally, the operator will assist with reporting, inventory logs, and provide technical and clerical support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate the car rental software system for booking, scheduling, billing, and returns.
- Maintain up-to-date records of vehicle availability, rental status, and customer data.
- Generate and print rental agreements, invoices, and fleet reports.
- Monitor fleet movement using GPS tracking tools and software dashboards.
- Perform data backup, recovery tasks, and basic troubleshooting of system errors.
- Assist in daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on fleet utilization, revenue, and maintenance schedules.
- Handle customer check-in/check-out processes using the computer system.
- Coordinate with customer service and logistics teams to optimize vehicle assignment.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and company standards.
- Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks as needed.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a computer operator or office administrator (1-3 years preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and rental management software (e.g., Rent Centric, EasyRent, or similar).
- Familiarity with data entry, billing systems, and general IT operations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot minor system or hardware issues.
- Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and customers.
- High school diploma required; IT diploma or certification preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
