**Job Title: Sales Representative**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Acquisition**: Identify and target potential customers in the assigned territory or market segment. Actively seek new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, distributors, and retailers. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- **Product Promotion**: Implement marketing strategies to promote FMCG products and increase brand visibility. Conduct product demonstrations and provide information about features, benefits, and usage.
- **Sales Targets**: Set and achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closure. Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior. Provide regular reports and feedback to the management team on market dynamics and sales insights.
- **Distribution Management**: Work closely with distributors and retailers to ensure optimal product placement, availability, and visibility on shelves. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to prevent stockouts.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to build loyalty and repeat business.
- **Sales Planning**: Develop and execute effective sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- **Training and Support**: Provide training and support to retailers and distributors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and merchandising. Ensure that the sales team is well-equipped to represent the brand effectively.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management team. Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
