**Outline of the Job**

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. The role involves a thorough understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Daily Accounting Tasks**:

- Record and maintain all financial transactions, including invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer interactions.

**Financial Reporting**:

- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare management reports, variance analysis, and budget tracking as required.

**Compliance and Audit**:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
- Maintain records for tax purposes and assist in tax filings and compliance.

**Cash Flow Management**:

- Monitor cash flow and provide regular updates to management.
- Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts and managing company liquidity.

**Data Management**:

- Maintain an organized filing system for all financial documents and records.
- Ensure data accuracy in the accounting software and support the migration or integration of data when needed.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other departments for accurate data collection and entry.
- Provide support to the Accounts Manager and Finance Manager on special projects and tasks as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the retail industry will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
