**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and manage SEO strategies across live client accounts.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of SEO team.
- Guide the team on on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Actively coordinate with clients for reporting, feedback, and campaign strategy discussions.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of SEO projects and monthly reports.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, tools, and algorithm updates.
- Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skill sets and improve overall team performance.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 3+ years of marketing agency experience.
- **Proven track record of handling international clients (UK, USA, AUS, NZ, preferred).**:

- **Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing teams of 5-8 members.**:

- **Excellent English communication skills.**:

- Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, website performance metrics, and technical SEO.
