**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Identify and target potential customers, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG market and sales channels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
