**Fitter Operator - Job Description**

**Position: Fitter Operator**

**Location: Silvassa Velugaon/Project Site**

**Department: Mechanical**

**Job Summary**:
Dairy Automation Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled **Fitter Operator** to assemble, install, and maintain mechanical systems and equipment for dairy automation solutions. The role involves precision work, adherence to safety standards, and ensuring the optimal performance of machinery used in dairy processing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical components for dairy automation systems.
- Operate hand and power tools with accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary repairs.
- Ensure compliance with industry safety regulations and company quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Fitting, Machining, or a related field.
- Experience in mechanical fitting, assembly, or maintenance in an industrial setting.
- Ability to read technical drawings and operate mechanical tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in dairy, food processing, or automation industries.
- Knowledge of welding, fabrication, or CNC machining.

**Work Conditions**:

- Work in a factory or plant environment with exposure to machinery noise.
- May require lifting, standing for long periods, and working in confined spaces.
- Shift work may be required based on operational needs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
