**Job Title**: RM Store - Sweet Line Operator

**Department**: Warehouse/Inventory Management

**Reports To**: Store In-charge / Warehouse Manager

**Job Purpose**:
To efficiently manage the raw materials for the sweet production line, ensuring accurate storage, timely issuance, and adherence to quality and safety standards to support smooth production operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Raw Material Handling**:

- Receive and verify the quality and quantity of raw materials delivered.
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of materials as per standard guidelines.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials used in the sweet line.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure mínimal discrepancies.
- Notify the procurement team of any stock shortages or reorder requirements.
- **Material Issuance**:

- Issue raw materials to the production line based on daily production requirements.
- Record and update issuance details in the inventory system promptly.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Inspect raw materials for quality and expiration before acceptance and issuance.
- Coordinate with the quality control team to ensure materials meet safety standards.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate documentation of material receipts, issuances, and stock levels.
- Generate periodic inventory and material usage reports for management review.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Adhere to company policies and industry standards for food safety and hygiene.
- Follow safety protocols while handling and storing materials.
- Ensure that the storage area is clean, organized, and free from contamination risks.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Work closely with production supervisors, procurement, and quality control teams.
- Provide timely updates on material availability and requirements to avoid production delays.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in the FMCG or food production industry.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in inventory management systems in ERP
- Basic knowledge of food safety and storage standards FIFO, FEFO.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Accuracy of stock records and reports.
- Timeliness of raw material issuance.
- Compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Reduction in material wastage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
