Designation: Store & Purchase Executive

Location : Ludhiana

**Job Description**:

- Identifying suppliers/vendors for required goods and services.
- Negotiating prices, terms, and agreements with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchases.
- Placing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Verifying received orders and ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Handling any issues or discrepancies with orders, such as damaged or incorrect items.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitoring inventory levels and forecasting demand to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Developing and implementing inventory control procedures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Conducting regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Analyzing inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
- Coordinating with other departments, such as sales and production, to ensure alignment of inventory levels with business needs.
- **Supplier Management**:

- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and consistent supply of goods.
- Evaluating supplier performance based on factors such as quality, delivery time, and responsiveness.
- Identifying alternative suppliers and sourcing strategies to mitigate risks and optimize costs.
- Resolving disputes or issues with suppliers in a timely and professional manner.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintaining accurate records of purchases, receipts, and inventory levels.
- Generating reports on procurement activities, inventory status, and supplier performance.
- Providing analysis and insights to management to support decision-making related to procurement and inventory management.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:
