**Headhunting & Market Mapping**: Identify and attract top talent through proactive sourcing, networking, and strategic outreach.
**Excel Wizardry**: Manage recruitment data, dashboards, and reports with precision, ensuring we make data-driven hiring decisions.
**Stakeholder Collaboration**: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
**Pipeline Building**: Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles, ensuring we’re always one step ahead.
**Process Optimization**: Continuously refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

**4+ years of talent acquisition experience** in fast-paced industries (tech, travel, e-commerce, etc.).
**Excel whiz**—you can analyze recruitment data, track hiring metrics, and manage databases effortlessly.
