**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Drive the delivery of products using agile methodologies, ensuring continuous learning and improvement.
- Support and facilitate the product teams by ensuring they have all necessary tools and processes to succeed.
- Engage in all stages of the product lifecycle, promoting optimal processes, behaviors, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to build, maintain, and prioritize product roadmaps and backlogs.
- Foster a positive team culture and spirit, encouraging creativity and efficiency within and across scrum teams.
- Manage daily operations of scrum teams, including facilitation, process management, and coordination of multiple teams.
- Implement and oversee Agile metrics, reporting, and governance, aligning with project stakeholders.

**Required Knowledge, Skills, & Experience**:

- Proven experience managing agile delivery through multidisciplinary teams in a CE/CI/CD environment.
- Strong advocacy for Agile/Lean principles with hands-on experience from UX design to MVP and beyond.
- Experience supporting key roles within Product Development teams such as Product Managers, Owners, and Analysts.
- Proven success in implementing Agile/XP/Scrum practices and coaching teams to utilize these techniques effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Familiarity with other Agile/Lean methodologies like Kanban, SAFe, or Agile at scale.
- Scrum certification(s).
- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Pay: ₹832,357.16 - ₹1,257,381.71 per year
