**Job Description**:
**Customer satisfaction management**: - 1. Contact client frequently to obtain customer satisfaction rating and update in system.
2. Contact new and existing customers and collect their feedback as per the schedule decided
3. Execute relevant action to drive customer satisfaction to higher level.
4. Update feedback in CRM d. Monthly analyze feedback received and present to HOD and CEO
3. Assign the same to respective service executive in ERP
4. Monitor resolution of complaints by seamless coordination across functions.
2. If customer query not resolved, bring to the notice of CEO.
3. After complaint resolution, take feedback from customer.
4. Prepare monthly analysis of customer escalations and present it to HOD and CEO.
Required Skills Excellent English Communication and written skills,Basic Knowledge of Computers,Strong follow up skills,Customer Co-ordination,Communication
