Location**:Padivattom, Edappally**

Experience**:Minimum 1 year of experience in banking sales / Customer support. ( Consider Fresher with Good Comm Skills in Telugu or Kannada and English**)

Language Proficiency**:Fluent in Telugu or Kannada and English** (any other languages are also considered)

Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree is mandatory.**

**Salary**: Salary**:₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00** per month+ Incentives.

Working Days: 5 days a week

**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers in Telugu or Kannada
- Explain products or services clearly and convincingly.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM tools.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Provide feedback to the team for process improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, BPO, or banking.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented and target-driven.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
