**Position Title**: Staff Nurse / Nursing Officer

**Qualification**:GNM/B.Sc Nursing (Valid Council Registation)

**Experience**: 1 to 2 years (preferably ward, ICU, NICU, Emergency)

**Purpose of the Role**

To deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to patients in accordance with clinical protocols, NABH standards, and institutional policies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide nursing care to assigned patients as per standard nursing practices.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and maintain nursing notes.
- Ensure infection control, sterilization, and patient safety protocols are followed.
- Support doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies.
- Manage patient records, consent forms, and nursing documentation accurately.
- Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
- Maintain equipment and supplies in assigned areas (ward, ICU, emergency).
- Participate in training, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.

- Attention to detail and adherence to protocols.

**Qualification & Experience**

GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid State Nursing Council Registration.
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in ward, ICU, or emergency care preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
