Position Title: Staff Nurse / Nursing Officer

Qualification: GNM/B.Sc Nursing (Valid Council Registation)

Experience: 1 to 2 years (preferably ward, ICU, NICU, Emergency)

Purpose of the Role

To deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to patients in accordance with clinical protocols, NABH standards, and institutional policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to assigned patients as per standard nursing practices.
  • Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and maintain nursing notes.
  • Ensure infection control, sterilization, and patient safety protocols are followed.
  • Support doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies.
  • Manage patient records, consent forms, and nursing documentation accurately.
  • Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
  • Maintain equipment and supplies in assigned areas (ward, ICU, emergency).
  • Participate in training, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.

Skills & Competencies

  • Clinical proficiency and emergency response readiness.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to protocols.

Qualification & Experience

GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid State Nursing Council Registration.

Minimum 1–2 years' experience in ward, ICU, or emergency care preferred.
