You will be working with an exceptionally talented team with years of experience in product design, engineering, operations, and marketing. You would be operating in a start-up environment. This means 'rolling up your sleeves' and diving deep into the details with an eager willingness to create and execute, taking complete ownership of work and stretching oneself and, over a period, building and leading a growing team. We are looking for a bright and exceptional **Java Intern,** preferably based out of Hyderabad.

**What you’ll do day-to-day**
- Responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical terms
- Document solutions and communicate with other team members on the way forward
- Follow a Test-Driven Development (TDD) approach to software development
- Proactively investigate, analyze, and fix reported defects
- Light work to enhance, maintain, and create microservices in Java
- Design, build, and unit test software in a collaborative environment
- Write clear, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code
- Participate in design and code reviews
- Participate regularly in an Agile team environment and schedule
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment that provides a steep learning curve and lots of opportunities to grow and learn
- Demonstrate resilience in an environment of ambiguity, go above and beyond the call of duty to grow and leave an impact, and come up with innovative and out-of-the-box ideas and solutions
- Possess high integrity, capable of handling sensitive and confidential matters
- Understand not just the why but also the how, and combine this knowledge with strong business acumen to create new processes geared towards the fast-paced world of fintech
- Possess great communication and interpersonal skills and get along with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that work gets done
