Role Description - Summary:
DB Vendor Management (VM) are responsible for maintaining a bank wide end two end VM framework. The Divisional Vendor Management Office (DVMO) is responsible for implementing key elements of the framework, therefore ensuring the most efficient and effective execution of any sourcing event in full compliance with the groups policies and standards. The DVMO partners with the business functions to maintain a full understanding of business priorities and requirements to lead to the best sourcing outcomes across the Bank. The DVMO manages the divisional contract and Vendor legal governance and contributes to the required group wide transparency on our key vendor partners to drive informed management decisions.

The DVMO Business Advisor manager is responsible and acts as the interface between the IT Domain, DVMO Vendor Management and Procurement to ensure the most efficient & effective execution of any sourcing event in full compliance with the IT Domains strategy, and VM policies and standards.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Support the Business Advisor Manager to develop, determine and execute the IT Domains Vendor & segmentation strategy
- Responsible for maintaining full data transparency of the IT domains business priorities
- Responsible for creation of IT Domains contract performance MI
- Partner with the DVMO Vendor centric group and provide business context to the vendor reviews
- Builds, maintains and leverages strong network and partnerships within the IT Domain and DVMO
- Work proactively with the Business to ensure process adherence
- Ensure all relevant documents and plans in place to ensure full business and data alignment
- Transactional Tracking and reporting

Skills & Experience:

- Data extraction, analytics & reporting
- Automation & self-service report creation
- Ability to diagnose improvement areas across processes, tools and systems
- Business Process, tool and techniques
- Understanding of DB Policies
- Domain and business process management knowledge
- Fully conversant with Vendor Service Delivery metrics (SLA/KPIs/KRIs)
