Service Co-ordinator

A Service Coordinator's job is to facilitate smooth and efficient service delivery, acting as a liaison between clients/customers and various departments or service providers. They ensure clients receive the necessary support, resources, and information, often serving as an advocate and intermediary during difficult times. Key Responsibilities: Client Needs Assessment and Support: Assess service needs, connect clients with appropriate resources, and provide ongoing support. Resource Management: Maintain directories and databases of service providers and client information, ensuring no gaps in services. Problem Solving and Resolution: Identify and address service-related issues, making recommendations for improvement. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Communicate effectively with clients, service providers, and internal teams, building and maintaining strong relationships. Project Management and Coordination: Plan, schedule, and execute service projects, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded. Customer Service: Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure client satisfaction. Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of service delivery and client interactions. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in service delivery processes and implement solutions. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer software and databases for tracking and record keeping.
