**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
- Lead efforts in influencer marketing to build strong relationships with key industry figures and drive brand awareness.
- Manage video content production, including video shooting and podcasting, as well as Webinars to create engaging content for various platforms.
- Oversee the online reputation management of the founder and the company, ensuring a positive brand image across all digital platforms.
- Plan and execute PR campaigns to enhance brand presence in the market.
- Coordinate and manage the company's participation in international exhibitions and trade shows, ensuring brand consistency and visibility.
- Develop and maintain brand management strategies, focusing on positioning, visibility, and recognition in the market.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visibility across all channels and marketing materials.
- Demonstrate strong accountability and take full responsibility for planning, executing, and optimizing all marketing activities, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and delivering measurable results.
- Analyze and report on the performance of all marketing activities, using data to refine strategies and optimize results.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of planning and executing successful 360-degree marketing campaigns.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal—this is a non-negotiable requirement.
- Proven experience in managing online reputation for individuals and companies.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
