**Job Summary**:
The Sales Representative/Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets. This may involve prospecting, cold calling, networking, presenting product/service demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and providing ongoing customer support.
**Responsibilities (Adjust based on role - Representative vs. Manager)**:
**Sales Representative**:
- Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Manage and maintain existing customer accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Track sales activities and report on progress.
- Stay up-to-date on product/service knowledge and industry trends.

**Sales Manager**:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives.
- Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Develop and implement sales training programs.
- Forecast sales revenue and manage sales budgets.
- Identify and develop new sales channels and partnerships.
- Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop effective sales campaigns.
- Recruit and onboard new sales team members.

**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales (1 years of experience preferred, specify for Representative or Manager role).
- Strong understanding of the sales process.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
