**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative assistance to various teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Assist in the coordination of projects, ensuring that deadlines are met, and all stakeholders are kept informed of progress.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other business-related documents to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Act as a liaison between different departments, facilitating effective communication and ensuring information flow is smooth and timely.
- Prepare regular reports on business metrics, project status, and other relevant data for management review.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences as required.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation for various business processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and familiarity with other business-related software is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams and external clients.
- Open to travel for business meetings and conferences.
- Go getter attitude along with a multi-tasking approach is a must have.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a business coordinator/ office coordinator/ front desk officer/ personal assistant/ hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborative attitude and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to find practical solutions to challenges.
