Financial Planner

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Planner to join our team. The Financial Planner will be responsible for providing personalized financial advice and planning services to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, in-depth financial knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation & Relationship Management**:
Meet with clients to understand their financial objectives, including retirement goals, investment preferences, tax considerations, and risk tolerance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing financial planning support and advice.
- **Financial Planning & Advice**:
Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to clients’ needs, ensuring alignment with their short
- and long-term financial goals.
Advise clients on investment strategies, insurance, tax planning, estate planning, and retirement strategies.
- **Portfolio Management**:
Recommend and manage investment portfolios based on clients’ objectives and risk profiles.
Monitor the performance of client portfolios and make adjustments as needed in consultation with clients.
- **Research & Analysis**:
Stay updated on market trends, financial products, tax laws, and other relevant information to provide accurate advice to clients.
Conduct financial analysis to identify opportunities for improving clients’ financial situations.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:
Ensure all financial advice and actions are compliant with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
Maintain accurate client records and adhere to all documentation requirements.
- **Client Education**:
Educate clients on financial strategies, investment options, and the importance of budgeting and saving.
Regularly communicate with clients to ensure they understand their financial plans and are comfortable with the recommended strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification is preferred.
- **Experience**:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or financial advisory.
Strong background in investment strategies, retirement planning, tax planning, and estate planning.
- **Skills & Competencies**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage a diverse client base.
Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of financial markets, products, and regulations

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
