This is a Corporate Card Administrator role, reporting to Manager T&E in motion division located in Bangalore. Travel and Expense Management (T&E) is a centralized GBS organization for a travel, expense, and entertainment at ABB. Today, T&E makes work-and-travel-life more productive for employees, line managers, businesses, and ABB leadership.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Manage a variety of corporate card products.
- Delivery of productivity targets through timely/successful execution of improvement projects, timely delivery of project milestones.
- Effectiveness of process standardization and improvement initiatives.
- Launch of fraud identification initiatives.
- Participation in workshops with local entities, performance of fit/gap analysis for our core processes and provision of guidance and leadership as part of the change management process.
- Support the deployment of change management activities or process enhancement of in countries, including coaching and mentoring team members to contribute to the chance success, and enable personal and professional development.
**Your background**:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience Knowledge of Travel account reconciliations and Corporate Card Administrator role/process (preferably AMEX) is a must.
- MS office tools: Advance Excel skills are a must. Knowledge of Outlook / Skype / OneNote / SharePoint / ppt / MS word required.
- Knowledge in the Travel & Expense area and knowledge of ServiceNow case management tool is an advantage.
- Good business English language skills and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible to work for different time zones.
