RPAAutomation Anywhere

We are looking for a skilled RPA Developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere A360, preferably with cloud deployment expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Analysis: Understanding and analyzing business processes to identify optimization to existing bot code.

Optimizing existing bot: Creating and developing reusable components using Automation Anywhere tools to be re-used and help optimize to reduce code complexity for existing bot for mínimal failures and embed error handling and common error logging for better reporting/Automated reporting.

Testing and Debugging: Conducting thorough testing to ensure bots function correctly and debugging any issues that arise.

Documentation: Preparing detailed documentation for each bot, including design specifications, test cases, and user manuals.

Collaboration: Working closely with business stakeholders, process analysts, and other team members to ensure successful automation implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360, with strong expertise in Task Bot development.
Manage bot deployments and monitor performance via Automation Anywhere Control Room.
Integrate bots with external systems using REST APIs, SQL, and other technologies.Debug and troubleshoot automation workflows; identify issues and optimize for performance and stability.
Adhere to RPA best practices and design scalable, maintainable, and efficient automation solutions.
Monitor deployed bots in production, ensuring uptime and resolving operational issues promptly.
Perform root-cause analysis of failures and implement permanent fixes.
Collaborate with infrastructure and IT teams to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of RPA bots.
Secondary Skills:
Proficient in triaging and analyzing defects in production environments for timely resolution.
Skilled in reverse engineering to understand and enhance existing automation flows.
Working knowledge of ServiceNow (SNOW) for incident and request management.
Familiar with API concepts and integration techniques.
Experience in bot migration from Automation Anywhere 360 On-Prem to AA SaaS
