Job Responsibilities:
As a **UK & Australian Shift** Voice (Sales Process) representative at Cit Global Solutions, your main responsibilities will include:
1. **Handling inbound and outbound calls**: You will be responsible for making and receiving calls to potential customers, providing them with information about the products or services offered by the company, and persuading them to make a purchase.

2. **Maintaining good communication skills**: Excellent communication skills are essential for this role. You will need to effectively communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide them with appropriate solutions.

3. **Meeting sales targets**: You will be expected to meet or exceed the sales targets set by the company. This will require a proactive approach, persuasive skills, and the ability to close deals.

4. **Providing exceptional customer service**: You will be responsible for ensuring that customers have a positive experience with the company. This includes addressing their queries, resolving any issues they may have, and providing after-sales support.

5. **Working in the UK shift**: The job timings for this position are from 3 PM to 10:30 PM. It is important that you are available to work during these hours.

6. **Working in the Australian shift**: The job timings for this position are from 5 AM to 1 PM. It is important that you are available to work during these hours.

**Requirements**:
