**Job Summary**:
The Back Office Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks and providing essential support to various departments within the organization. This position involves managing and organizing data, maintaining records, and performing general office duties to support the overall efficiency and productivity of the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Enter and update data in various systems as needed.
- Assist with data retrieval and reporting for different departments.
- **Document Handling**:

- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Prepare, scan, and file documents, ensuring proper categorization and storage.
- Assist with archiving and retrieving documents as required.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Coordinate with other departments and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- **Office Administration**:

- Assist with general office duties, such as ordering supplies and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary.
- Perform routine clerical tasks, such as copying, scanning, and faxing.
- **Support for Team Members**:

- Provide support to team members as needed.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or back office support role.
- Proficiency with office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, databases).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
