**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and analyze potential projects on the Upwork platform that align with Nextwebi's expertise and service offerings.
- Craft persuasive and customized proposals tailored to the specific needs and requirements of each project.
- Communicate effectively with clients through the Upwork messaging system to understand their objectives, address concerns, and provide clarifications.
- Collaborate with the internal team to gather necessary information and resources for proposal creation and project execution.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and timelines with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain a proactive approach to client follow-ups and relationship management to foster long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to enhance Nextwebi's competitive positioning.
- Track and report on key metrics related to proposal submissions, client interactions, and project outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or similar role in the IT industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive writing style.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Upwork platform, including its features, policies, and best practices.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
