Insurance Claims Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Insurance Claim Coordinator to act as a liaison between our clients and the insurance company. This role is responsible for handling both Health Insurance and Motor Vehicle Insurance claims, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **A. For Health Insurance Claims**:_
- Guide clients through the health insurance claim process and requirements.
- Collect and verify necessary documents such as hospital bills, medical reports, prescriptions, and claim forms.
- Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, and insurance companies to ensure claim approval.
- Follow up on cashless treatment approvals and reimbursement claims.
- Keep clients informed about their claim status and any additional documentation needed.
- **B. For Motor Vehicle Insurance Claims**:_
- Assist clients in filing accident claims and explain the required documents.
- Collect accident reports, vehicle inspection reports, repair estimates, and other necessary documents.
- Coordinate with garages, police departments (if needed), and surveyors for claim processing.
- Ensure timely submission of documents to the insurance company for a smooth claim settlement.
- Keep clients updated on their claim progress and resolve any queries.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in insurance claim handling or coordination is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple claims efficiently.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
